The Sanderson Farms Championship accepts applications for media credentials through the PGA TOUR’s media website, pgatourmedia.com. Application notices for the 2020 tournament will be sent directly from the PGA TOUR in mid-September. For safety purposes, seating is limited and not interchangeable for media outlet staff members. There will be no onsite parking for media and no satellite trucks allowed onsite this year.
Applying For Media Credentials
If you are new to the PGA TOUR’s media website, you will need to register by creating a username and password before gaining access to the site. Once on the site, click on Credentials from the menu bar on the left side of the screen and follow steps 1-4 to complete the application process. Please remember to hit “submit” when finished.

Media Credentials Eligibility
Media credentials will be issued only to full-time personnel of recognized daily and local weekly newspapers, news services, publications that regularly cover golf, national radio and television networks, local radio and television stations as space permits. Since only working credentials are issued, please do not request credentials for employees who will not be directly involved with the coverage of the event. Media seats are not interchangeable for outlet staff members.
Freelance reporters and photographers may reserve credentials only through a recognized news agency and only if they are assigned to provide daily coverage or are working on a specific assignment. Holders of a PGA TOUR-issued media photo credential will be admitted to the tournament and will need no other credentials. However, they are expected to fill out the application form in order for us to make arrangements for working space.
