How to Manage Your Ticketmaster Mobile Tickets

Log In

Log in using the email address and password associated with your previous version of Account Manager.

Please note that you can no longer log in with your account number.

Sending Your Tickets

Step 1

Select Manage My Tickets, choose your event and tap Send
Please note that not all tickets are eligible for transfer. If they are not, the transfer option will not be shown.

Step 2

Select the tickets you’d like to transfer, select Done, followed by Confirm

Step 3

Copy the provided link or select your preferred sharing app to send to your recipient(s) via email, text or social media.
Because the designated link can only be used once, the ticket will be transferred to the first person who claims it.

Selling Your Tickets

Step 1

Tap Manage My Tickets, choose your event, select the tickets you want to see and tap Sell
Please note that not all tickets are eligible for resale. If they are not, the resale option will not be shown.

Step 2

After selecting the tickets you want to sell, enter your asking price

Step 3

First time users will be prompted to enter payment information. Once complete, tap Sell

Paying Your Invoices

Step 1

Click on Invoices and select Payment Options

Step 2

Enter the requested information

Step 3

Confirm payment amount and click Continue
