Spectator FAQ

Are cell phones and pagers permitted?

Yes, but spectators must follow the PGA TOUR Mobile Device Policy. The scope of usage permitted at the Sanderson Farms Championship is the following:

  • Device must be silent at all times
  • Calls may be placed or received in designated areas only that will be marked by signage throughout the course
  • No audio or video capture is permitted at any time
  • No still photography is permitted at any time during competition rounds
  • While incoming/outbound calls will be permitted only in designated areas, data use (i.e. texting, emails, etc.) will be permitted outside of the designated areas; however, it is not permitted as players are in position to compete (i.e. when Hush Y’all paddles are raised)

Violation of Mobile Device Policy
Any violations of this policy may result in removal from the tournament. Initial offenders will be directed to the Phone Zones. A second violation of the policy will result in violators having their mobile devices confiscated until their departure.

Are cameras permitted?

Spectators are permitted to have cameras in their possession Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday ONLY.  Large camera bags are not permitted.  Cameras are not permitted Thursday through Sunday.  Spectators will be informed by security personnel that they must return their cameras to their cars if they approach the entry gate with a camera in their possession Thursday through Sunday.

Are purses, fanny packs, coolers, backpacks, chairs, etc permitted?

Small purses (approximately six inches by six inches) and fanny packs are permitted, but are subject to search.  Coolers, backpacks, packages, bags, and all other items larger than a fanny pack or purse are not permitted.  Spectators bringing chairs must remove the chairs from their bags.  No chair bags will be permitted.  Spectators are asked to leave any unnecessary items at home or in their cars.

Is alcohol sold at the Championsip?

Yes, alcohol will be sold to anyone 21 or older.  Spectators must present a valid photo I.D. to show proof they are 21 or older.

Where do I park?

Free parking is located onsite at Annandale Golf Club. You will enter the tournament grounds through the main gate located off of Hwy. 463 and will follow signs to General Parking.  If you already have a parking permit to a specific lot, please follow those directions on the back of your parking permit.

Where is handicapped parking?

We have handicapped parking spaces in each parking lot.  However, you may pull to the front of the clubhouse to drop someone off if you have a permanent handicap parking permit in your car.

Are children admitted free?

Yes, children 15 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.

What are the admission gate hours?

During the week of the tournament, the shuttles will start running at 7:00 am and will stop one hour after play each day.  Entrance (or admission) to the tournament on Monday and Tuesday is free to the public.  Beginning Wednesday of the tournament, all attendees are required to have either a ticket or a badge to enter the tournament.

Where is Will Call located and what are the hours?

Will Call will be at the Sanderson Farms Championship tournament office located at 80 Annandale Parkway, Madison. Please check back for hours of operation.

What does each ticket or badge allow me to do?

Daily ticket – Tournament admission for one day only
Season badge – Week-long admission to the tournament
Clubhouse badge – Includes week-long admission to the tournament and clubhouse
Hospitality Suite ticket – Includes tournament admission and Hospitality Suite access for any one day of the tournament
Eagle’s Nest ticket – Includes tournament admission and Eagle’s Nest access for specific day on ticket

What is the comprehensive list of prohibited items?

  1. No cameras or video cameras (except Monday through Wednesday)
  2. No radios or TVs
  3. No signs or banners
  4. No coolers or outside food and beverage
  5. No alcoholic beverages
  6. No backpacks, bags, or packages larger than 6″ x 6” (all bags are subject to search)
  7. No firearms or weapons of any kind
